By accessing or using Listo, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the platform. If you use Listo on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

Listo is an online marketplace that allows users to publish advertisements for products, services, rentals, job opportunities, and other permitted listings. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Listo provides a platform for users to discover and communicate about listings. Listo is not the seller, buyer, landlord, tenant, employer, or service provider in transactions between users.

When creating or using an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Be responsible for activities carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not impersonate another person or create accounts for fraudulent purposes.

You must meet the minimum legal age and other eligibility requirements applicable to your use of Listo.

When publishing a listing on Listo, you agree that:

• You have the right and authority to offer the advertised item or service.
• Your title, description, price, location, and photographs are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You will update or remove listings that are no longer available.
• You will not publish duplicate, misleading, deceptive, or spam advertisements.
• You will not include another person's private information without proper authority.
• You will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

You must not use Listo to:

• Commit fraud, scams, identity theft, or other unlawful activities.
• Advertise illegal goods or services, stolen property, or prohibited items.
• Post false claims, deceptive prices, or misleading product descriptions.
• Send spam, phishing messages, malicious links, or harmful files.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse other users.
• Scrape, disrupt, attack, or attempt unauthorised access to the platform or its data.
• Circumvent security controls or misuse another user's account.
• Violate intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.

We may restrict content or accounts where we reasonably believe these terms or applicable law have been violated.

Users are responsible for evaluating listings, verifying the identity of other parties where appropriate, and deciding whether to proceed with a transaction.

• Confirm an item's condition, ownership, price, and other relevant details before paying.
• Use safe meeting places and sensible payment practices.
• Do not share passwords, OTPs, banking credentials, or other sensitive information with strangers.
• Agree directly with the other party on payment, delivery, returns, and other transaction terms.

Unless a specific feature expressly states otherwise, Listo does not guarantee a transaction, verify every listing, handle payments, or provide a buyer or seller guarantee.

Any fees for promotions, subscriptions, or other paid features will be displayed before you commit to a purchase. Applicable payment, cancellation, and refund conditions will be communicated for the relevant feature. Do not assume that a feature is paid or free unless its current terms say so.

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit to Listo. By submitting content, you grant Listo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the platform, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit the content. Listo's own branding, design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may review, restrict, remove, or decline to publish listings and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, address suspected fraud, or comply with legal obligations. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may ask users for additional information or cooperate with relevant authorities. We do not promise to review every listing or detect every violation.

Listo may rely on third-party services or provide links to external websites. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party services, their availability, or their content, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Listo is provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user listings, the quality or legality of items, the conduct of users, or the completion of transactions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, consumer right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of Listo, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from Listo's own conduct for which it cannot legally exclude responsibility.

You may stop using Listo at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where necessary for security, legal compliance, platform integrity, or enforcement of these terms. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue. Ending access does not remove obligations or rights that arose before termination.

We may revise these terms as Listo's services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Where required by law, we will provide notice or obtain consent before changes take effect.

These terms are subject to applicable laws of India, without removing any mandatory rights or protections available to users. Disputes will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
